- ) Sexual harassment takes many forms but whatever form it takes, it is unlawful under the Equality Act 2010 as amended. We will not tolerate it.

b) inform customers/clients of our zero-tolerance sexual harassment policy within our customer/client documentation
c) inform candidates/contractors of our zero-tolerance sexual harassment policy within our candidate/contractor documentation
d) Publish a third-party sexual harassment policy on our website
4.) Should a third-party sexually harass a member of our workforce, we will warn the organisation/individual about their behaviour and where deemed appropriate, cease working with the organisation/individual. Any criminal acts will be reported to the police.
